This policy covers artwork you upload and stickers you create with our AI generator.

Your responsibility for uploads

By uploading an image or submitting a prompt, you warrant that you own it or have all rights and permissions needed to reproduce it on products. You must not upload or generate:

• Copyrighted or trademarked material you do not own or are not licensed to use (logos, brands, characters, celebrity images, photographs by others).
• Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or depicts real people without consent.

AI-generated content

AI results are produced from your prompt and may not be unique. You are responsible for the legality of your prompt and the result. We apply automated and, where needed, manual moderation, and may refuse or cancel any order that breaches this policy.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify StickMojo against any third-party claim arising from content you upload or generate, including IP-infringement claims.

Notice & takedown

If you believe content on our store infringes your rights, email legal@stickmojo.com with the work, the infringing item, and your contact details. We will review and remove infringing content promptly.
