14-day right of withdrawal

For standard (non-personalised) catalogue stickers, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Use our withdrawal form or contact hello@stickmojo.com.

Exemption for personalised goods

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. This includes custom-built and AI-generated stickers and any design you upload. By ordering a personalised item you acknowledge this and that production begins on purchase. You confirm this at checkout.

Faulty or incorrect items

This exemption does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will reprint or refund it.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping for a valid withdrawal of standard items is your responsibility unless the item was faulty.
