1. Who we are

StickMojo ("we", "us") is a sticker retailer operated from Cyprus (EU). Contact: hello@stickmojo.com. Business name, registration and VAT number to be inserted before launch.

2. Products

We sell ready-made stickers, custom stickers built from your uploaded artwork, and AI-generated stickers. Stickers are printed on demand or from stock and shipped across the EU. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from on-screen previews.

3. Orders & contract

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, or content that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy) and will refund any payment taken.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details.

5. Delivery

We print and ship from within the EU. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & withdrawal

Your statutory rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and its exemption for personalised goods, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights in artwork you upload and warrant you are entitled to use it (see Acceptable Use). Our site, branding and original designs remain our property.

8. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for faulty goods under EU consumer law). Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
